International organizations' policy pursued recently on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict does not satisfy Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Social and Political Department head Ali Hasanov told journalists today.
"International organizations' policy in the period of conflict and taken measures do not satisfy Azerbaijan absolutely, because no pressure is exerted on Armenia, who openly violates international legal norms. International organizations don't exert pressure on Armenia," Hasanov said.
Azerbaijan's territorial integrity is violated, the Armenian troops occupied the Azerbaijani territories, and this must be brought to an end," he said.
"In general, there is no serious international will toward ensuring international legal norms. Therefore, I urged delegates of international organizations and the countries which they represent to exert pressure on Armenia, to help bring Azerbaijan's just demands to the world community, to assist in the return of more than 1 million refugees to their homes," Hasanov told journalists.
A three-day regional workshop on structure and dialogue kicked off in Baku today.
The event is attended by delegations from 17 countries, including Armenia. The main topic is the state, problems and prospects of interaction between global structures.
