Azerbaijan’s ambassador presents credentials to Djibouti’s president

Azerbaijan's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Ethiopia Elman Abdullayev has presented his credentials to Djibouti's President Ismail Omar Guelleh, Azerbaijan's embassy in Addis Ababa told Trend June 6.

During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's greetings and best wishes to Djibouti's president.

Abdullayev noted that there is a great potential to develop the relations between Azerbaijan and Djibouti which is one of the important countries in the African continent.

Djibouti's president asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and regards to Azerbaijan's president and noted that his country attaches great importance to the development of relations with Azerbaijan.

Ismail Omar Guelleh wished success to Azerbaijan's ambassador in his future activities.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation between the two countries in various spheres.
