Azerbaijan to open diplomatic mission in Uruguay

Azerbaijan will open a diplomatic mission in Montevideo.

Currently the works are underway on opening Azerbaijan's diplomatic mission in Uruguay's capital. This was discussed at the meeting between Azerbaijan's ambassador to Argentina Mammad Ahmadzade who has also been accredited in Uruguay and Uruguay's Foreign Minister Luis Almargo and other officials of this country, according to the message posted on the website of Uruguay's Foreign Ministry.

With the opening of Azerbaijan's diplomatic mission in Uruguay, a new stage will begin in relations of the two countries, according to the message.
