German companies to study Azerbaijan's business opportunities

German companies will to explore new business opportunities and expand their network in Azerbaijan, German-Azerbaijan Business Association DAWF reported on Wednesday.

According to the report, a German business delegation from Rhineland-Palatinate will visit Baku to attend the 14th German - Azerbaijanian Business Forum, to be held on Aug.27.

The forum is organized by DAWF in cooperation with the Economic Development Ministry of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO).

The German delegation will include eight German companies from food industry, energy sector, logistic, chemical, furniture manufacturing, production of consumer goods and construction sectors.

The agenda of the event includes a meeting of the German companies with Azerbaijani partners to discuss bilateral cooperation and business opportunities.
