Intensive discussions on settlement of Karabakh conflict held in Paris

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov had separate meetings with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and Armenian counterpart Edvard Nalbandyan in Paris, as a continuation of the Kiev meeting.

During the meetings, the sides held intensive discussions on settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry`s press service told.

Concretely reiterating Azerbaijan`s position, Mammadyarov said the sooner Armenia`s armed forces leave occupied territories of Azerbaijan, the faster the conflict will be solved in compliance with the international law.

The sides also agreed to continue discussions with the Minsk Group co-chairs on several issues, with restoration of Azerbaijan`s internationally recognized territorial integrity being a key point of talks.
