Azerbaijani Defense and Defense Industry Ministers attend IDEF-2007 fair in Ankara

Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev and Defense Industry Minister Yaver Jamalov are attending the fair, APA reports.

Safar Abiyev met his Ukrainian counterpart Anatoli Gritsenko. The Ministers debated on regional security and energy issues as well as establishment of GUAM peacekeeping forces and selling military equipment to Azerbaijan in the framework of the agreements concluded between the two countries.

The two Ministers also underlined the necessity of expanding the relations between the Ministries. The fair will last till May 25.
