Azerbaijani President not to attend Dushanbe summit of CIS Heads of State

“President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will not attend a summit of the CIS Heads of State in Dushanbe, Tajikistan,” chief of foreign relations department of the Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov said.

Prime Minister Artur Rasizade will represent the country at the summit instead.
