Switzerland to direct $30 mln to Azerbaijan

Switzerland will allocate around $ 30 million to Azerbaijan.

Switzerland will allocate $ 29 million to Azerbaijan over four years to implement various projects, the Swiss embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend on Tuesday.

Armenia will receive the same amount. Around $41 million will be allocated to Georgia.

Switzerland's investments will be directed to three different domains over the next four years. The first sphere is economic development and employment, which will receive the most funds. Special attention will be paid to the development of the market and the improvement of professional skills.

The second sphere is governance and public services. The local self-governance bodies will get assistance.

The third sphere is protection and human security.
