Monument "Civilization" in Kars

A 30-meter high monument called "Civilization" is constructed in Kars, Turkey by Turkish, Azerbaijani and Georgian architects.

As APA informs, the project initiator Mehmet Ersoy stated that the monument was sponsored by two companies of Kars and Kars Architects Union and estimated at $120,000.

The monument looks like a big tear shedding eye and a human figure to be lighted with laser lamps.

No information of an architect from Azerbaijan was given by Architects Union.
