OSCE initiates seminar on food security in Azerbaijan

The press service for the Economic Development Ministry told Day.Az that the event was attended by representatives of the Economic Development Ministry, State Customs Committee, OSCE Baku office, local executive bodies, as well as experts on agriculture and farmers.

The seminar aimed at discussing prospects of development of agriculture in the region to meet the needs for food.

The participants were informed about mechanisms of effective use of agricultural equipment, methods of crop processing, opportunities of improving melioration, raising productivity of grain crops and so on.
