President Ilham Aliyev offers condolences to Algerian counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Algerian counterpart Abdelaziz Bouteflika.

The Head of State said in the letter that he was deeply shocked upon hearing the news of numerous casualties caused by a plane crash.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on his own behalf, President Ilham Aliyev offered deepest condolences to the Algerian President, families and relatives of the victims, and all the people of Algeria.
