Azerbaijani largest bank’s subsidiary in Russia changes its staff

Balabek Balabekov, the deputy chairman of the subsidiary of the International Bank of Azerbaijan in Russia - IBA-Moscow, has resigned, the bank said.

Balabekov has recently left the post at his own request, the statement says.

Moreover, Balabekov’s powers as a member of the bank's board were suspended upon his statement.

At present, the staff of the bank's board consists of four members, namely, chairman of board Emin Efendiyev, his deputy Rafael Abbasov, chief accountant Svetlana Sarzhina, Director of Information Technology Department Gulu Abbasov.

IBA-MOSCOW bank (a general license No 3395 of the Bank of Russia) was founded in 2002. It is a subsidiary of OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan.
