Norway ranked the first in the list, as in 2001-2006. Then, Island left Norway behind and Norway again ranked first in 2008. Income per capita in Norway makes $ 57,130. Inflation and jobless level is lower in this country.
Australia, Netherlands, U.S. and New Zeeland are in the top five. The list is completed by Burundi, Niger and Congo. Azerbaijan ranked the 91st with the 0.700 human development index. Totally, 187 countries defined in the list.
