Azerbaijani journalists meet Chairman of St Petersburg Committee for External Relations

A group of Azerbaijani journalists yesterday met Alexander Prokhorenko, Chairman of the St Petersburg Committee for External Relations.

Describing St Petersburg as a “cultural capital” of Russia, Prokhorenko praised the role of the city`s Committee for External Relations in terms of establishing a cooperation with Azerbaijan and Baku in various fields, especially political, economical and cultural ones.

Prokhorenko, who is considered an experienced diplomat, also shared his views concerning Russia`s foreign policy.
