What age category of people mostly applies to the plastic surgery?

The contingent of patients in plastic surgery clinics mostly consist of people of 18-25 and 35-45 age categories.
 
How do you manage problems of patients who don’t become satisfied with results?
 
There are different forms of assessing results of plastic surgeries. They are based on objective and subjective factors. Every plastic surgery has a possibility of re-intervention. This depends on patients with different aesthetic problems. But this re-intervention is observed in 5-8% cases overall.
 
Which surgery do you think is the most difficult where the risk of lethal outcome may be high?

The risk of complication in the plastic surgery is minimal since we work, in this case, with somatically healthy people. However, the probability level of such cases is not zero if to consider general surgical complications which can occur or be observed in any other surgical interventions. As to the difficulty, everything depends on the volume, anatomical zone of the surgical intervention, as well as results of ongoing pre-surgical data and so on.

Negative results of a plastic surgery can be prevented by a precise pre-surgical examination and preparation, as well as the correct planning of the surgery.

Which new types of plastic surgeries gain popularity nowadays?

In connection with the development of the plastic surgery, there occur many alternative sources to solve various aesthetic issues.  Plastic surgeons tend to solve aesthetic problems in a less invasive way. Lipofilling (use of own fat as a filler), endoscopic facelift (lifting the soft tissues of the face), "PRP" (the use of blood plasma in order to rejuvenate the skin, improve the appearance of fresh scars and mesotherapy of hair, etc.) and others are the developing directories of plastic surgery.
