Khanlar Hajiyev: "European Court of Human Rights did not register Farhad and Rafig Aliyev's request"

He stated that the court sends a letter about the registration after receiving the request.

"It is early to say when the request will be considered and what decision will be made," he said.

It should be noted that the lawyers to Rafig and Farhad Aliyev said they appealed to the European Court of Human Rights, APA reports.

The lawyers noted that Farhad and Rafig Aliyev were detained illegally; they are not allowed to meet with family members and stated about lack of medical treatment to Farhad Aliyev.
