Next pardon decree to be issued on Ramadan

The next pardon decree will be issued after October 20, on the eve of Ramadan holiday.

The decree will be applied to more prisoners unlike the previous ones. Pardon decree is not expected to be applied to famous prisoners, because the commission has not reviewed their appeals up to now. APA
