Troubles in intelligent traffic management system to be fixed

The Azerbaijani Transport Ministry has called the cause of the facilities of intellectual transport control center. Ministry’s spokesman Namig Hasanov says that currently monitors installed at bus stops work sometimes irregularly and indicate an invalid stop time.

"These facts do not relate to repair work on the central streets of the capital. This is associated with the software as now the system is running in test regime. The first phase of the introduction of intelligent traffic management will be completed in May," Hasanov said.

He added that since May, particularly after full launch of the center, work on expansion of geographical coverage of the intelligent transport management system will start.
