Hafiz Pashayev: 'Azerbaijani diplomats represent country's interests at high level in the world'

Today Azerbaijani diplomacy is well represented in the world, Deputy Foreign Minister, Rector of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA), Academician Hafiz Pashayev said on Monday.

On Monday Azerbaijan celebrates Day of Employees of Diplomatic Service.
"Although, Azerbaijani diplomacy is quite young, it is well represented in the world," Pashayev said.

He said Azerbaijani diplomats are characterized by such features as professionalism, efficiency and high-level representation of Azerbaijan's interests in the world.

"Azerbaijani diplomacy has always been in the spotlight of the Head of State, and this year a group of diplomats has been awarded by the President. I would like to congratulate all those who have been awarded," Pashayev said.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order awarding a number of employees of Azerbaijani diplomatic service on Saturday.
