Christian Gutichelli to run Total Azerbaijan

SOCAR head Rovnag Abdullayev appointed a new General Manager of Total Azerbaijan Christian Gutichelli, SOCAR reported on Wednesday. A new manager was introduced to Abdullayev by former general manager Mark Foiad.

Abdullayev was informed about Gutichelli's previous activity. Gutichelli stressed the high level of relations between the companies. He expressed confidence in future development of relations during his activity. At present, SOCAR and Total cooperate within the project of exploring the large offshore gas fields Absheron. It was announced about its opening this year.
