Azerkimya and Azerbaijan Oil Academy show successful result of cooperation

Graduates of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy began to work in the enterprises as young professionals after passing a serious test of knowledge by specialists of Azerkimya PU commission as a result of the cooperation a month ago.

The contest "Student staff" was first organized to attract the most capable and talented young people in one of the most difficult sectors of Azerbaijani economy - chemistry, their formation as a highly skilled staff, as well as strengthen the connection between science and industry.

Azerkimya specialists and enterprises heads were invited to the presentation of diploma. All of them graduated from the Oil Academy. They chose 35 most talented and capable students, invited them to the head office of the Association to participate in the competition for recruitment.

The contest lasted for three days after presentation of diploma. Azerkimya production heads, experienced technicians, mechanics and power engineering specialists, once again examined graduates for professional training, assimilation of the rules of technical safety in chemical industry, as well as other parameters consistent with the work at chemical plants.

The jury announced eight winners, including Amil Azizov, Tariel Ramazanov, Elkhan Aliyev, Teymur Niyafarz, Anar Omarov, Saleddin Gulubeyli, Naib Mammadov and Najaf Safarli.

However, five of them will be able to work on the production only a year later after completing military service. The remaining three will join a large army of chemists in a few days and will contribute to the development of chemical industry of the country.
