Average price on one square meters of area in Baku newly-built buildings released

The monitoring showed that 173 construction companies built 484 building in Baku in June.

Great part of building were built in Yasamal, Khatai and Nasimi districts which have share of 63.5 percent in total construction.

Average price one one square meters of area of apartments in newly-built buildings was $947 in June.  

On average, area of apartments reduced 1.1 percent and totalled 122.4 square meters. Average height of the newly-built buildings were 5 storeys.
