Consultations between Azerbaijan Government and Rusal were in vain

Rusal's proposals in their current forms turned out unacceptable.

According to Azeri Government, they are in no position to guarantee 5 billion kWh of power for the new production at fixed prices for a period of 10 years. And this just one point. Unfortunately Rusal's representatives who come to Azerbaijan have no authority to solve the problems and take decisions, which hinders negotiations. FIS
