Azerbaijani chess master 2nd at FIDE ranking

World Chess Federation, FIDE, has announced its latest rating list, placing Azerbaijan`s Shahriyar Mammadyarov 2nd.
Another Azeri grandmaster Teymur Rajabov is 16th in the list.
Norwegian Magnus Carlsen tops the FIDE rankings.
