Azerbaijan,China boost cooperation in media field

Azerbaijani delegation comprising of chief of information department of foreign affairs ministry Javanshir Mammadov, editor-in-chief of “Irs” magazine Musa Marjanli, Azerbaijani ambassador to China Latif Gandilov visited the editorial office of “Jenmin Jibao” newspaper.

Cooperation with Jenmin Jibao, the official body of Central Committee of Communist Party of People`s Republic of China, widening ties in media field, ensuring security were discussed here.
“Boosting cooperation with Jenmin Jibao has great importance for raising awareness of Chinese community about Azerbaijan,” it was said at the meeting.

The Azeri delegation also met with Chinese Foreign Ministry`s spokesperson Hong Lei to discuss close cooperation between the media structures of two countries. Mr. Lei updated the delegation on news policy of China and role of state structures here.
