Elman Abdullayev appointed Azerbaijani FM’s press secretary

Elman Abdullayev was appointed the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov issued an order about his appointment.

Elman Abdullayev was working as the first secretary of the ministry’s press service before. His predecessor in the post of press secretary Elkhan Polukhov was appointed the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to South Africa.
