Azerbaijani wins Fourth Moscow International Festival of Arts

An Azerbaijani Salam Shikhaliyev has become winner of fourth Moscow International Festival of Arts “Traditions and Present” held in Russian capital on May 20-24. Shikhaliyev received award in "For fresh look" nomination in painting. He submitted his work titled "Absheron memories" for the contest.
