European conference of International Military Sports Council wraps up in Baku

European conference of the International Military Sports Council (CISM) has ended in Baku. Deputy Defense Minister, lieutenant-general Chingiz Mammadov stressed the importance of the event. He said judo, wrestling and boxing championships among servicemen have been already held in Azerbaijan within the CISM. Azeri military men showed best results in the Olympic Games, world and European championship.

Chief of CISM, colonel Hamad Kalkaba Malbum on behalf of the participants expressed his gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev for organizing conference so well. The next conference will take place in Belarus.
