Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov wants to fight corruption.

According to a decision made at a recent meeting of the board of the Youth and Sports Ministry on combating corruption, strict compliance with the requirements of the law on the budget was requested system in order to maintain transparency in the youth affairs, sports, finance, logistics and economics departments.

The decision also envisages intensifying control to prevent negative cases from arising in state, certification, testing and final examinations at educational institutions.

In addition, he demanded the prompt and thorough review of citizens’ appeals and complaints by the ministry. The board's decision also envisages the permanent submission of information to the ministry’s central office on anti-bribery and anti-corruption activities.
