Touching upon the problem of banned preparations found in the blood of Azerbaijani national team full-back Sergey Sokolov Ismayil Ismayilov said that WADA does this for its own interests, APA reports.
"If someone out of 100 men has received banned preparations I can determine it by his lips and eyes. If WADA has found something in the first sample taken from Sokolov's blood, it will confirm it in the second one. If someone receives any medicine to recover there is nothing in it. Anyway sportsmen’s use of banned preparations and punishment can harm the sport of their country. The teams need specialists in order to prevent it. But we have no specialists in this field," he said.
