"Lands for agricultural activity were distributed unfairly among villagers, and some officials seized the lands by different ways," said Sozar Subari, Georgian Ombudsman-People's Defender.

The Ombudsman also said he had sent letters to all Georgian bodies related to the murdering of Azerbaijani young man in Vakhtangisi village, Gardabani. Georgian Interior Ministry said the murderers are hiding in Kodori Gorge.

"The Georgian Government could not control Kodori Gorge for a long time. Now the territory in under our control, and we arrested a lot of criminals there. I am confident we will find the murderer soon. There are a lot of such cases in our country," he said.

Sobari also said he keeps the village resident Sedreddin Pelengov missing case on focus.
