Azerbaijan intends to obtain credit from WB for forest-planting project

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources offered the World Bank to fund a project on planting forest in 6 thousand hectares of territory.

The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyngulu Baghirov said that the project provided implementation of forest-planting measures in Goychay and Zagatala.

The value of the project is approximately $35 million. The Minister said that assessment of the project was done in accordance with the international standards, APA reports.
