Muradverdiyev's appeal rejected

APA was informed from the court. The former director’s appeal was dismissed in the process presided by Judge Salman Huseynov and the decision of the court of Nasimi district on 3 months of arrest remained in force.

It must be noted that, A.Muradverdiyev is accused of abusing his official duty, preparation to massive unrests, seizing the power by force, misappropriating a great amount of state property. The former director who is detained in the Investigation Jail of the Ministry of National Security appealed to the Court of Appeal on changing the arrest decision on him.
