92 ambulance cars delivered to the health institutions

The Health Ministry today delivered 92 ambulance cars to the health institutions in the regions and cities at Freedom Square.
Deputy Health Minister Elsever Agayev stated that, 200 ambulance cars were delivered to the health institutions last year. 92 ambulance cars marked “GAZ-31” were bought by the state allocation. 40 of them were delivered to the institutions in Baku and 12 in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. 2 ambulance cars will be delivered to Azerbaijanis living in Georgia.

The rest wil be delivered to the health institutions in Ganja, Sumgayit, Khizi, Jebrail, Ismailli, Shamakhi, Aghdash, Mingechevir, Khojavend and etc. Stating that the cars were made in Russia, E.Agayev said that, these cars are beneficial for their price and quality. Such cars are expected to be brought to Azerbaijan in future. Deputy Minister also added that, MH is making out program on supplying the health institutions not only with ambulance cars but also with automobiles.

This program will be submitted to the Cabinet soon.
