Russian, French FMs discuss Karabakh conflict settlement

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his French counterpart Bernard Kouchner held a telephone conversation. The officials discussed the Iran’s nuke program and Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.

The sides exchanged views on the situation related to Iran’s nuclear program in the context of the UN Security Council’s work on a relevant draft resolution and the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, Gazeta.ru reports.

June 7, at the request of the Iranian side, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov and the Iranian Ambassador to Russia discussed the issue in Moscow.
