Turkmenistan approves rules of investigating industrial accidents

Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved a document on the rules of investigating and registering the industrial accidents, read a message from the Turkmen government May 23.

The document is aimed at regulating the protection of the rights and interests of workers during industrial accidents by all enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the type of ownership, as well as by the individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without setting up a legal entity.

The document, which corresponds to the Article 200 of Turkmenistan's Labor Code, was presented during a meeting of the country's Cabinet of Ministers.
