West responsible for processes on int’l arena after Warsaw Pact’s dissolution

West/Europe bears the main responsibility for processes on international arena in the aftermath of dissolution of the Warsaw Pact and the USSR, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration’s foreign relations department, tweeted Sept. 4.

“Western/European leaders ought to give comprehensive and profound thought to consequences of steps they take and policies they pursue,” Mammadov said in another tweet.

“Regrettably this is yet to happen,” he further said.
