Kerry embarks on unexpected Afghanistan visit

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has arrived in Afghanistan on an unannounced visit.
Kerry will hold talks with President Hamid Karzai and two presidential candidates, Abdullah Abdullah and Arshaf Ghani Ahmadzai, the State Department said.
