OSCE to monitor contact line between Azerbaijani, Armenian armies

The monitoring is due to be held outside the Kemerli village in the Qazakh region of Azerbaijan on Dec.13 under a mandate of the OSCE chairman's special envoy.

The monitoring is to be held on the Azerbaijani side by OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative coordinator Imre Platinus and his field assistant Jaslan Nurtazin.

On the opposite side the monitoring, which the international community recognizes as Azerbaijani territory, is to be held by OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative field assistants Antal Herdich, Christo Christov and William Pryor.
