Azerbaijani MP to attend PACE Monitoring Committee's meeting

Azerbaijani MP Aydin Abbasov will leave for Paris, France, to attend a meeting of the Committee on the Honoring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee) on Thursday.

The meeting will focus on consideration of a draft report and adoption of a draft resolution on the functioning of democratic institutions in Ukraine, exchange of views on the implementation of Resolution 1661 (2009) on the honoring of obligations and commitments by Serbia, exchange of views on recent developments and update by the co-rapporteurs in Moldova. Abbasov will deliver a speech at the event.
