Yashar Boyukanit: "There are countries supporting PKK terror among our allies"

"There are countries which are directly or indirectly supporting PKK terror among our allies. We are concerned about that," chief of Turkish Armed Forces General Staff Yashar Boyukanit said at the international symposium "New frameworks of security and international organizations" in Ankara.

The Army General said that terrorists use A-4, C-4 explosives and different mines and added that they are not sold in supermarkets and come from the countries supporting PKK.

He said that PKK TV channel is broadcasted in one of Turkey's partner countries (Denmark), APA reports.

Boyukanit underlined that those who support the terrorist organization try to teach human rights to Turkey. Noting the necessity of establishing joint international mechanism against terrorism Turkish General considers that UN is the most suitable platform for this.

800 representatives from 55 countries, including Azerbaijan are participating in the symposium in Ankara.
