28 March 2007 [08:49] - TODAY.AZ
The presentation of a book "International Visions: The Armenian-Azerbaijani Conflict over Karabakh – from history to future peace prospects" was held in London's Royal Institute of International Affairs.

The book is published in English, the London Azerbaijani Society told the APA. Scientific researches of Thomas Goltz, Svante Cornel, Brenda Schaffer, Patricia Karley, Yoko Hiroso, Wilfred Furman, Tamara Dragadze and Erick Feigl on different aspects of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict have been included into the book published as a special edition of "Visions of Azerbaijan" journal.

The Society chief Tale Heydarov talked about the lack of information about the Karabakh conflict in the international community. He said that Armenia's propaganda about so-called genocide makes it important to increase the number of publications on the problem.

Azerbaijani ambassador to the UK Rafael Ibrahimov stressed the importance of the publication of the book and noted that the book will help eliminate the gap of information.

American researcher Thomas Goltz made statement on the causes of the conflict and tried to base his ideas on some different articles.

Tamara Dragadze who made speech in the ceremony noted that Christian churches in Nagorno Karabakh have no relation with Armenians, and stressed that these churches are Caucasian-Albanian churches.
