President accepted Ambassador from Oman sultanate

The Head of the state emphasized importance for Azerbaijan to develop ties with UNESCO and highly evaluated the work of the international organization in protecting historical and cultural values of the country. President expressed hope to continue this cooperation further.

Sheikh Hasan Shakir, mentioned that Azerbaijan is one of the most active UNESCO members, having such a rich historical and cultural heritage country may continue to develop its ties with UNESCO, Trend reports.
