Ilham Aliyev returns from the US

As APA reports, Mr. Aliyev opened an official visit to the US April 26 and held meetings with the US president George Bush, Defense Ministry Donald Rumsfeld, a number of congressmen, representatives of international organizations and members of Azerbaijani Diaspora.

Issues on mutual cooperation, regional situation, energy security were discussed at these meetings.

Mr.Aliyev also attended business and investment conference on strategic relations of US-Azerbaijan: political and economic priorities within the visit.
