Azerbaijan’s embassy in Ukraine has warned the Azerbaijanis against travelling to Crimea.
First secretary for consular issues at Azerbaijani embassy in Ukraine Asim Osmanov told APA
that the Azerbaijanis travelling to this region, especially those intending to travel to Crimea from Azerbaijan are advised to postpone their visits.
He attributed it to the recent tension, possible unrests and armed clashes in Crimea.
“We call on those intending to travel to the region from Azerbaijan to postpone their visits due to security reasons,” he said.
Osmanov said unlike Crimea, there is no danger in other cities of Ukraine bordering Russia.
