President Ilham Aliyev received president of European Olympic Committees - PHOTOs

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received president of the European Olympic Committees Patrick Hickey and member of the organization`s Executive Board Spyros Capralos.

Patrick Hickey congratulated the Azerbaijani President on his re-election. He hailed rapid economic development and expansion of sport infrastructure in the country.

They stressed the importance of what had been done to develop various fields of sport in Azerbaijan, and exchanged views over preparatory work for the 1st European Games to be held in Baku in 2015.
