Mexican delegates pay respect to national leader Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani martyrs - PHOTOS

President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Mexican Congress Oscar Arce who is visiting Baku has today visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader, founder and architect of modern Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev.

Oscar Arce also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva. The same day he visited the Alley of Martyrs to lay flowers at the graves of Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country’s independence and territorial integrity.

President of Chamber of Deputies of Mexican Congress also laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument. Oscar Arce enjoyed panoramic view of the capital and was informed on the history of the Alley of Martyrs and redevelopment works in Baku.
