Azerbaijan will take part in 4th International Film Festival "Step" which is devoted to human rights

Azerbaijan will take part in 4th International Film Festival "Step" which is devoted to human rights, and will be hosted in Kharkov city of Ukraine. Joint product of Azerbaijan, Georgia and "Internews" shot by Murad Muradov "The outside" film will be represented Azerbaijan, according tothe  director of a film. Note that, this film won awards in Georgian film festival on nominations «The best emotional film», «The best director's work», «The best film». Besides, this picture was awarded the second place at competition «Azerbaijan family - 2009».
