Azerbaijani artist Mehriban Efendi wins International "Radiance 2010" prize

Azerbaijani artist Mehriban Efendi was awarded with an International prize of "Radiance 2010" in Bulgaria. According to the artist, the contest was organized by Free Institute for Intercultural Exchange and Education.

Reportedly, 123 artists from 22 countries were participating in the contest.
