"Nature is our wealth" photo and drawing competition held in Baku

On April 22, the Children's Gallery named after Tofig Guliyev hosted a republican photo and drawing competition among the pupils of schools providing general education. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education Elmar Gasymov and representative of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

The competition was aimed to teach pupils to love Azerbaijani nature, to protect ecology and to propagate beauties of every schoolchild's place of living, as well as to attract public's attention to keep the environment clean and prevent the dirtiness of ecology. The competition was attended by the pupils of all schools. More than 400 works from the presented ones were selected by a jury and exhibited.
